Air conditioning broke during the stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Dunes Court! Great location near the boardwalk and friendly staff. The room was clean, yet the water pressure could use improvement. A pleasant experience worth returning to!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the local boardwalk and hit the rides at the amusement park. The beach was just a short walk away, which made it really convenient. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Highly recommend for a fun group getaway!

The only downside was the noisy kids running up and down the stairs, which made it hard to relax sometimes.

My kids wished there were more options for larger beds, as we could have used an upgrade to queen-size. Also, a better ice machine would help families like ours who travel with coolers.

I truly appreciated the close proximity to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the fantastic dining options like Mother's Cantina just around the corner, making my weekend explorations a breeze as I wandered through the bustling streets of Ocean City.

The pool area was lovely, and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff treated me like family, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Having easy access to the beach path right from my room was a dream.

The location shines bright, with easy access to the quiet end of the boardwalk and nearby tram. The pool offers a nice hangout spot, great for families, especially during pool parties with DJs and floats.

However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. the carpets were filthy, and I spotted bugs in the room. Lack of basic amenities like blankets and towels was frustrating, along with weak shower water pressure and no blackout curtains, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

i stayed at a different hotel in ocean city before, but this place really surpassed my expectations. the rooms were super clean and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

We liked the hotel itself, but, uh, I forgot it was a 'motel' not a 'hotel'. The staff were excellent, super polite and treated us well, even when we had a little noise issue next door. They were on it. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a real win for the kids.

It wasn't exactly low-cost, but still acceptable for what we got.

I recently stayed here for 5 nights in a Double Room with Pool View and was impressed by how clean everything was. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and near plenty of restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that the parking can be a bit tight during busy times.
